John
Fallins is the principal of John Fallins Solicitors,
a firm established in 1992, formerly a partner of Patterson
Houen and Commins from 1981. John was admitted to practice
in 1975 and has extensive experience in private client and
business law along with civil and criminal litigation experience.
John's family has a long association with the coal mining
industry in New South Wales. The firm is boutique with the
focus on expanding its international practice of law.

holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws from the University
