The BISITS FALLINS CROWLEY consortium has been established to provide advice, consultancy, legal services and facilitation in the following core areas:

Power, rail, coal and other areas of infrastructure;
Business law, and;
Legal education and ethics

The consortium comprises Adam Bisits, John Fallins and Michael Crowley, solicitors and barristers with complementary skills, in the corporate, commercial and regulatory aspects of infrastructure and advocacy in courts and tribunals.

Our aim is to cover not only major issues on establishment or in regulation of utilities and mining but also, cost-effectively, the routine litigation involved. The consortium has been established for work in Australia, and also for overseas where our knowledge or experience of Australian law, power and mining regulation, or knowledge of EU regulation of competition or state aid, or knowledge of China may be applied.

The consortium is an unincorporated joint venture between Messrs Bisits, Fallins and Crowley.
